Origami (jap., from oru = folding + kami = paper) is the art of folding paper. Simply by folding a flat paper is creating a 3-dimensional object.

This origami wheel loader is not made out of paper but out of 0.8mm stainless steel. I will be folded by hand. It is bent like traditional origami out of one single continuous sheet into this complex 3D geometry. Even steering wheel, seat, gear stick and steps are involved in this single sheet.

To make the finished origami wheel loader robust the special glue for metal, Dispensing nozzles and the degreaser are necessary. When you like to paint it, the 2K Epoxy Primer Filler is recommended for a good adhesion of the layquer on stainless steel.
